If our passengers are scheduled to arrive on a commercial flight into Athens Airport, our dedicated handling agent would be meeting them at the passenger bridge as soon as they get off the plane. The Agent would be holding a name board, get the passengers by fast track through any immigration procedure, assist them with their luggage collection and drive them to the private General Aviation Terminal of the Airport (2 minutes’ drive) to board the helicopter.

Should our passengers be scheduled to depart from Athens Airport on a commercial flight, upon landing into Athens Airport helipad, they will be met by our handling agent directly at the helicopter and be driven to the main terminal building to their check in desk. If the arrival flight is a private flight, the passengers would be met at the Aircraft door and be escorted through the General Aviation Terminal to the helicopter for take-off. Should the departure be scheduled with a private flight, upon landing into Athens Airport, the passengers will be met at the helicopter and be escorted through the General Aviation Terminal to their flight. At Athens Airport, helicopters and private jets share the same private terminal.
